American Patriot Title is dedicated to Col. Allan Pershing Rankin, USAF (1918 – 2002). Colonel Rankin is the father of David Rankin. Colonel Rankin was a quiet, determined man who expected a lot from himself and others. It is those exceptionally high standards of this true American Patriot that our title company is dedicated.

David Rankin, our president, is an experienced real estate attorney. David received his law degree from the University of Florida in 1977. 

Mr. Rankin serves as counsel for the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. In addition to his work for the Tampa Association, he is active in the Central Pasco Board of Realtors organization. This involvement with working professionals gives him clear insight into the issues, opportunities and pitfalls inherent in every real estate transaction.

Lynn Pishock, our office manager is also a licensed closing agent who has an extensive background in the legal field. She is an experienced paralegal with over 25 years of experience. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable in real estate transactions. She earned her license as a mortgage broker to ensure her understanding of all aspects of our business.
